The machine is compact in structure, small in volume, light in weight, easy to operate, low in noise and stable in operation. Its biggest feature is that it does not grind materials in production, and integrates high-speed shearing, mixing, dispersion and homogenization.
Main structure:
The shear head adopts claw type and two-way suction structure to avoid the dead angle and vortex phenomenon caused by difficult suction of upper materials. The high-speed rotating rotor produces strong shear force, which makes the shear rate higher and shear force stronger. Under the centrifugal force generated by the rotor, the material is thrown into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor from the radial direction. At the same time, it is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, so that the material can be fully dispersed, mixed and emulsified.
