Features of milk cooling tank:
1.Milk cooling tank is mainly composed of tank body, stirrer, cleaning ball, refrigerate unit, electrical control box and so on five major components
2.Milk cooling tank has horizontal type, vertical type, U shape type three kinds, adopts Polyurethane foam for insulation. This product has advanced designing, manufacturing technology, reliable performance, cooling, heat preservation performance and hygiene standards are in line with the international advanced level.
3.Refrigeration compressor can adopts Copeland, Maneurop, Danfoss, etc whole sealing compressor unit, with reliable midpoint protector, will not burn out motor due to overload or system breakdown.
4.Tank body is made of SUS304 or SUS316l, with cleaning and stirrind device.5.Insulation layer adopts polyurethane foam, with great thermal insulation performance.
Description:
It can be made into 3 layers, inner layer was the contact part with your raw material such as milk, juice or any other liquid product… outside the inner layer, there is a heating / cooling jacket for steam or hot water / cooling water. Then comes the outer shell. Between outer shell and the jacket, there is a 50mm thickness temperature preservation layer.
