Introduction of jam production line
Jam production line is to squeeze the fresh fruit, and then through a series of processing procedures such as concentrate, sterilization, finally filling and packaging. The whole line includes fresh fruit processing system, fruit juice processing system, juice concentrate system, fruit juice post packaging system, pure water production system for fruit juice blending and other auxiliary equipment.

1. The tomato sauce processing equipment of our company has reasonable design, beautiful appearance, stable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and low steam consumption.
2. the forced circulation vacuum concentration evaporator is used in the concentration system, which is specially used for the concentration of jam, pulp, syrup and other high viscosity materials, which makes the jam with high viscosity easy to flow and evaporate, and the concentration time is short. And jam can be concentrated from 4.5-5.5% Brix to 28-30% brix, 30-32% brix, 36-38% Brix according to the requirements of customers.
3. The evaporation
temperature of evaporator is low, the heat is fully utilized, the tomato sauce is heated gently, evenly in the tube, and the heat transfer coefficient is high, which can prevent the "dry wall" phenomenon.
4. The condenser with special structure can operate normally when the cooling water temperature is 30 ºC or even higher. 5. Continuous feeding and discharging, liquid level and required concentration can be controlled automatically.
